Domestic shipments:
Expect 48 hours for order processing and 7 days (or more) for delivery depending on the shipping method you choose at check out. We reserve the right to select the best carrier and shipping method to deliver your package safely and securely.

International Shipments:
We do not ship internationally.

If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, you may have it tested at any licensed HPLC testing facility. Should the results show that the product does not meet labeled specifications, we will issue a full refund including:
✅ Reimbursement for the HPLC test fee (up to $100)
✅ Full order amount (product cost)
✅ Shipping fees (both original and return shipping, if applicable)

Refund Process

To request a refund under this policy:

Submit a copy of the official HPLC test report (from a certified lab) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
Our team will review the claim and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are only valid for unopened or minimally used products (for testing purposes).
This policy does not cover incorrect orders, shipping delays, or customer preference changes.
